Shipping policy

We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on location and external factors.

We have a no return or exchange policy, which means you have cannot request a return under any circumstance other than product fault (i.e. bottle broken, wrong scent sent).
